What You'll Bring:
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology (BC or BE)
- Arizona state medical license or valid IMLC license (licensing assistance available)
- DEA certification
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in Urology
- Strong procedural skills including ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, and flexible cystoscopy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting
Additional Skills That Will Enhance Your Candidacy:
- Experience with TRUS biopsy and in-clinic vasectomy procedures
- Familiarity with robotic surgery systems (preferred but not required)
- Comfort working with Cerner EMR system
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Prior outpatient and surgical urology experience
- Proven track record of providing compassionate, patient-centered care
Other Requirements:
- Ability to obtain hospital credentialing within approximately 30 days
- Availability for a full-time day shift (08:00 – 17:00, Monday through Friday)
- Willingness to support a hospital-based practice setting
- Must support staff include one employed MD and MAs
