What Youll Bring:
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility (BC/BE) in Urology
- PA State Medical License
- DEA Certification
- Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach
- Ability to work independently with minimal support
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR systems
- Willingness to provide 24-hour coverage on a rotating schedule
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in hospital-based urology practice
- Experience managing a broad patient age range
- Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with multiple hospitals and regional clinics
- Ability to handle phone consultations and follow-up care remotely
Preferred Education & Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- At least 1-2 years of clinical practice in urology
- Prior experience with hospital-based coverage preferred
Other Requirements:
- Valid PA medical license
- Ability to obtain hospital credentialing within approximately 90 days
- Willingness to work 24-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled
- No additional practice support staff; exceptional communication skills essential
