We are seeking a driven Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant interested in urology or urogynecology to join our private, outpatient practice in Winchester, VA. - Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time, flexible scheduling options. Clinic is open Mon - Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM. No call, evenings, or weekends.
- Broad Scope of Care:Our practice provides comprehensive outpatient urologic care for both men and women, including general urology and urogynecology services.
- Compensation & Benefits: The salary range for this role is $130,000 to $135,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and interpret diagnostic studies, order labs, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Conduct in-person and virtual patient visits utilizing our integrated telehealth platform
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted Virginia license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Experience: Open to any level of experience, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Attributes: Strong bedside manner, a relationship-based approach to care, and HIPAA compliance.
