Sanford Health - Marshfield Clinic is seeking Urology Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our team in locations throughout Wisconsin. The Surgical Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner, is a skilled member of the allied health care team who is qualified both academically and clinically to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to patients, working collaboratively with Board Certified Urologists. The Surgical Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner works within a cooperative unit of four established APP colleagues, utilizing team effort with health care providers, co-workers, and the public to provide positive patient interaction. Marshfield Medical Center (Marshfield, Wisconsin) - Candidates interested in Pediatrics will have the opportunity to be mentored within the department. New candidates will be onboarded through an extended training process to help affirm and expand the skill sets necessary for Urology. In this role, you will join the largest urology group within MCHS along with a possibility of a flexible schedule of four 10-hour days should you wish. Rotating call will be 1:5.
Marshfield Medical Center - Weston - The NP or PA provides patient services under the supervision of a licensed physician. The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant ensures continuity between clinical practice and standards of care as well as promotes and aids in patient preparation for discharge. This individual works collaboratively with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other health care disciplines utilizing a team approach to healthcare. With this role, a four 10-hour work schedule or five 8-hour work schedule can be accommodated.
Marshfield Medical Center - Minocqua - The Nurse Practitioner (NP) is a skilled member of the health team who provides medical and educational services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician, according to Nurse Practitioner Protocol, and within the scope of the Nurse Practitioner License in the State of Wisconsin. This Nurse Practitioner would see follow-up hematology/oncology patients who receive chemotherapy as well as immunotherapy. No consults.
