What You’ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive urology care and patient management
- Conduct in-person consultations and follow-ups
- Support procedures such as stent placements, kidney stone management, and hematuria assessment
- Respond to call-ins and assist with hospital admissions and discharges
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health record systems
- Collaborate with hospital staff and physicians to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Respond within 20 minutes for onsite call-backs, with an expected 2-4 hours onsite per day during call shifts
What You Need:
- Valid license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Urology experience
- At least 1-2 years of practice in a urology or comparable setting
- Ability to respond promptly to call-outs and provide high-quality patient care
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience working in hospital-based urology units
- Ability to work independently within a team environment
