Position Highlights:

- Desirable Practice Setting: High-volume regional referral center with complex surgical, trauma, oncology, and robotic urology cases
- Ideal Work Environment:Established and respected urology program with collaborative leadership and modern facilities
- Favorable Call Schedule:Shared 1:7 call rotation with APP, hospitalist, and 24/7 URO tech support
- Utilize EPIC EMR for streamlined patient care.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Base + $100,000 signing bonus plus additional quality incentives
- Up to $15,000 relocation assistance
- Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Up to $300,000
- CME allowance with rollover opportunities and mentorship support
Qualifications:
- Degree:MD / DO
- Certifications:BC or BE in Urology
- Licensure:Active MN license or ability to obtain one
- Experience:Open to experienced physicians or new grads with mentorship available
