Join Our Team as a Full-Time Endourologist

Our organization is on the lookout for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endourologist to enhance our academic faculty within the Department of Urology. With an increase in residency slots recently approved and an expanding clinical presence, we seek a dedicated surgeon focused on advanced management of stone diseases and minimally invasive treatments for BPH.

The Role

We are interested in candidates who possess a strong enthusiasm for or fellowship training in Endourology. This position primarily aims to advance our programs related to stone disease and BPH.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Employ cutting-edge technology across various clinical settings.
  • Develop and manage a high-volume practice specializing in stone diseases.
  • Guide and educate residents and medical students in advanced endoscopic procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, patient-focused care.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting base compensation for this position ranges from $300,000 to $400,000, adjusted based on years of experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity bonuses and is subject to departmental compensation plans. Qualifications
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
  • Eligibility for medical licensure in California

  • California residency is required upon the start date
