Full-time, employed Urology position
Practice mix: approximately 60% outpatient / 40% inpatient
Established referral base within a large primary care network
Strong clinical and surgical support across OR, ICU, ER, and inpatient units

Integrated Epic EMR across all inpatient and outpatient settings

Base compensation: $700,000 one-year income guarantee
Quality bonus: 5%+ annually, based on mutually agreed-upon department goals
APP supervision compensation: $20 per RVU supervised
Sign-on bonus: $50,000
