  • Gathering and finalizing boat build specifications by collaborating with dealerships and customers.
  • Managing specifications using internal systems like Excel and Smartsheet to track approvals, pricing, and revisions.
  • Conducting cross-departmental reviews with Engineering, Purchasing, and Production to finalize and document specifications.
  • Preparing and processing all necessary documentation, including MSO and Bills of Sale, coordinating signatures, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintaining organized digital and physical records for each boat, including communication logs.
  • Updating CRM systems with accurate customer and boat data, along with key milestones.
  • Managing the Owner Gift Program by sourcing, preparing, and shipping gifts while maintaining inventory.
  • Participating in quality inspections for completed boats, ensuring specifications are met.
  • Monitoring inventory levels for owner gifts and samples, reordering supplies proactively.
  • Drafting and organizing communication records, tracking project status, and updating internal tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; CRM experience like HubSpot is a plus.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple teams or departments is preferred.
  • An interest in or knowledge of the marine industry is advantageous but not required.
