As a PT Floral Merchandiser, you'll have the opportunity to work independently while making a visible impact on customers' day-to-day experiences.
As a Floral Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for creating beautiful floral displays and maintaining the freshness of products. You'll work closely with store teams to ensure displays are attractive, organized, and inviting, helping to brighten the shopping environment every week.
What You'll Do
As a Floral Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:
Setting up and maintaining fresh floral displays in retail stores
Watering, rotating, and caring for floral products to ensure freshness
Following planograms and completing light paperwork as needed
Building eye-catching arrangements that enhance the customer experience
Lifting, moving, and organizing floral supplies and products (up to 40 lbs)
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
A valid drivers license and reliable vehicle for local travel within a 30-minute radius
Dependability, a positive attitude, and self-motivation
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Experience in floral or retail merchandising is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Bristol, NH, with shifts primarily between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM, depending on store needs and delivery schedules. Flexibility is required during peak floral seasons and holidays.
