Automation Test Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:
"Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Test Manager to lead quality assurance initiatives across insurance platforms with a strong focus on automation This role blends domain expertise in insurance claims underwriting policy administration handson automation leadership and emerging AI testing strategies to ensure robust scalable and intelligent software solutions Majesco and AS400 skill will be a value addition
Key Responsibilities
Insurance Domain Testing
Lead QA efforts for insurance applications including claims processing underwriting and policy management
Collaborate with business analysts and domain experts to define test scenarios aligned with regulatory and compliance standards
Validate integrations with thirdparty insurance platforms and data providers
Automation Leadership
Architect and implement test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium Playwright
Drive CICD integration for automated regression and smoke testing
Oversee API testing UI testing and data validation across web and mobile platforms
GenAI LLM Testing
Define and execute test strategies for GenAI workflows including prompt engineering hallucination detection and model evaluation GenAILLM Simplify
Build AI testing frameworks to validate LLM outputs for accuracy bias safety and reliability
Collaborate with data science teams to test AIdriven features like chatbots recommendation engines and intelligent document processing
Team Process Management
Lead a globally distributed QA team mentoring engineers in automation and AI testing practices
Manage test planning execution defect tracking and reporting using tools like JIRA
Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and lessons learned
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field Masters preferred
6 years in software testing with 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
Deep domain knowledge in insurance systems and workflows
Proven experience in test automation and CICD pipelines
Handson experience with GenAILLM testing frameworks and Pythonbased test harnesses GenAILLM Simplify
Preferred Skills
Exposure to AI ethics bias testing and prompt engineering
Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP and containerized environments
Experience with performance and scalability testing of distributed systems
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Adaptability in fastpaced AgileScrum environments"
