Urgent Care Veterinarian – Minneola, Florida

 

A growing companion animal practice is seeking an Urgent Care Veterinarian to join its collaborative and education-focused team. This opportunity allows a doctor to manage a consistent urgent care caseload within a well-equipped facility while maintaining a structured and sustainable schedule. The practice emphasizes mentorship, clinical autonomy, and teamwork, fostering an environment where veterinarians can continue to grow professionally while delivering high-quality patient care.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely, high-quality medical and surgical care for companion animals

  • Evaluate and stabilize urgent and emergency cases efficiently and compassionately

  • Communicate clearly with clients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care

  • Maintain accurate medical records and uphold hospital standards of care

  • Collaborate with veterinary and support staff to ensure seamless patient management

 

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree

  • Active or eligible Florida veterinary license

  • Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
