    Responsibilities:

    The Medical Office Manager provides leadership and operational oversight for the Clear Creek and WS Young clinics, supporting physicians, providers, and clinical teams. This role manages daily clinic operations, staff performance, patient flow, scheduling, and the overall patient experience while ensuring efficient, high-quality care.

    • Oversee daily operations across two medical clinic locations.
    • Lead, coach, schedule, and manage front- and back-office staff.
    • Coordinate staffing and resources based on clinic and patient needs.
    • Partner with physicians, providers, and operations leadership to support practice goals.
    • Monitor patient flow, scheduling, productivity, and workflows to improve clinic performance.
    • Support recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and employee development.
    • Address patient and staff concerns while promoting excellent customer service.
    • Assist with budgets, expenses, supplies, and other practice management responsibilities.
    • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.
    • Maintain provider licensing, credentialing, CME, and other required documentation.
    • Promote consistency, teamwork, and a positive work environment across both clinic locations.
    Qualifications:

    Job Requirements: 

    • Associate’s degree

    Preferred Job Requirements:  

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Two (2) or more years of management experience in a healthcare facility
