This position requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability, as well as flexibility with location/travel.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an on-site resource to support patients, staff and providers
  • Maintain standards for facility appearance, patient and employee experience, professionalism and productivity
  • Create an environment to foster a positive office culture
  • Enforce implementation of company policies and protocols
  • Ensure staff is working productively and professionally throughout all working hours
  • Hire, train and evaluate new staff members
  • Collaborate with management/HR on staff reviews, feedback and disciplinary action
  • Facilitate billing inquiries from patients; address billing/coding issues with staff or providers
  • Reconcile daily payment collections; make bank deposits and file reports
  • Maintain office and medical supplies for inventory and clinical compliance
  • Complete monthly staff schedules and arrange for coverage/review and approve employee payroll timecards
  • Work alternate hours: morning, evening, and weekends shifts
  • Communicate with Administration team regularly to provide updates of any issues through resolution
  • Delegate door to door marketing and ensure spreadsheets are updated weekly
  • Ensure after Care Coordination is completed daily

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of progressive experience in a medical office environment; supervisor or management experience
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, managing both clinical and nonclinical staff
  • Knowledge of medical insurance plans including managed care plans
  • Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Internet research and computer navigation; experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supervising staff in an urgent care or ambulatory care setting
  • Proven solid decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently
  • Proven ability to collaborate with others, delegate tasks, work as part of a team and communicate Solidly with management

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
