Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly, professional customer service to walk-in customers
  • Process domestic and international shipments accurately using shipping and POS systems
  • Assist customers with packaging, labeling, printing, and shipping solutions
  • Operate office equipment, including copiers, printers, scanners, and fax services
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately
  • Recommend and explain products and services to customers based on their needs
  • Support mailbox services, package tracking, Amazon returns, and other customer inquiries

Qualifications
