Position: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)
Location: North Texas (Sherman & Gainesville area)
Setting: Hospital / Emergency Department
Schedule: Night Shift
Hours: 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours guaranteed weekly)
Contract Length: 8 Weeks (with potential extension)
Compensation: Up to $2,300 per week
Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department
Perform triage and prioritize patient care based on severity
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes appropriately
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License Texas or Compact State
BLS (Basic Life Support) Required
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Required
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Required
TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) Required
Minimum 12 years of recent ER experience required
Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills
