Job Description
Summary:
The position is responsible for developing and monitoring operating budgets, conducting financial forecasting and variance analysis, managing recharge and cost recovery activities, overseeing subsidy allocations, reviewing purchasing activities, and providing comprehensive financial reporting to support strategic decision-making. The incumbent partners closely with Shared Resource Directors to evaluate utilization trends, analyze operational performance, identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, and ensure appropriate stewardship of institutional investments in research infrastructure.
The Shared Resource Administrative Manager serves as a key member of HCC Administration and assists in implementing the Center's strategic priorities in collaboration with Shared Resource Directors, Operations Managers, Director of Finance, and institutional leadership.
This position may be eligible for remote/hybrid after an orientation period.
