Job Title: Unloader / Material Handler
Location: Kansas City, MO
Schedule: Wednesday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Position Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for an Unloader/Material Handler position. This role is responsible for unloading shipments, moving materials throughout the facility, and supporting warehouse operations to ensure products are handled safely and efficiently. Candidates should be comfortable performing physical work in a fast-paced environment and working as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload trucks and incoming shipments safely and efficiently
- Move, sort, and stage materials within the warehouse or designated areas
- Assist with loading and unloading products as needed
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Inspect materials for damage and report any issues to supervisors
- Support general warehouse operations and other duties as assigned
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, material handling, or unloading experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and twisting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to remain on feet for extended periods throughout the shift
