As an Unloader, you'll be an essential part of the team responsible for getting products out of shipping containers safely and efficiently. Youll collaborate with teammates to maintain a fast-paced workflow while adhering to safety standards and ensuring that every item is handled with care. This hands-on role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in logistics and warehouse operations.
What Youll Do:
As an Unloader, you will be responsible for:
- Safely working in pairs to unload shipping containers using proper lifting techniques.
- Handling larger or awkward items with teamwork and care.
- Following specific instructions to place boxes and products in designated storage areas.
- Moving and maneuvering merchandise, including pallets and bulky items.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace during high-paced unloading activities.
- Palletizing and storing products according to company guidelines.
What Youll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- The ability to work quickly and follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Physical strength to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs, using team-lifting as needed.
- Willingness to walk, bend, and lift overhead repeatedly throughout the shift.
