Primary Purpose of the Position:
This full-time position supervises student Peer Navigators within the facility, manages overall student activity data collection, and oversees daily Campus Recreation facility operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, and development of 30+ student and part-time staff. The position ensures safe, inclusive, and efficient facility management while promoting participation and engagement in recreational opportunities. The position is considered essential personnel. Ensures that facilities are operating and staffed, including on nights, weekends, holidays, and in the event the University is closed due to inclement weather.
This position is funded by non-state funds and has been designated time-limited. Continuation of this position is contingent upon the continuing availability of those non-state funds.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and one year of related work experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
