Job Summary
The University Outreach and Education Coordinator is responsible for the ongoing management and coordination of curricular and co-curricular outreach and engagement with UM students, faculty, and staff; support research and creative scholarship relationships and agreements with Faculty and appropriate MBGNA staff as necessary; manage the MBGNA Internship Program and other associated student-facing programs; and provide coordination and oversight for student organizations sponsored by MBGNA. You will report to the Education Lead and oversee 1-2 student staff. This is a two-year term-limited position.

The work requirements allow both onsite and offsite work and an employee has an expected recurring onsite presence. On occasion, the employee may be required and must be available to work onsite more frequently if necessitated by unit leadership or their designee and/or the job requirements.

Compensation: $63,000
This is a two-year term-limited position

May require occasional evening and weekend work
The person in this position regularly works in farm, garden, and natural area environments and horticultural/greenhouse facilities
