We are seeking a LPN or RN Unit Manager to oversee daily nursing operations in a resident-centered skilled nursing and long-term care facility.
_Responsibilities include supervision and mentorship of staff, resident care planning, ensuring regulatory compliance, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, managing workflow, and participating in quality assurance activities._
_Qualifications: Active Indiana LPN license (RN preferred), experience in long-term care, leadership skills, strong clinical assessment, excellent communication, compassion, and dependability._
