About the Role
The Unit Manager Memory Care Registered Nurse (RN) at CarDon and Associates is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and care delivery within the memory care unit, ensuring a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for residents with memory impairments such as dementia and Alzheimer's disease. This role requires strong leadership to manage staff, coordinate care plans, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies. The Unit Manager will serve as a key liaison between families, healthcare providers, and internal teams to promote resident well-being and satisfaction. They will also be responsible for administrative duties including documentation, scheduling, and resource management to optimize unit efficiency. Ultimately, the role aims to enhance the quality of life for residents through compassionate care and effective team management while supporting organizational goals.
