Major/Essential Functions

  • Accurate and timely food orders.
  • Weekly inventories of all products.
  • Review event sheets daily for any specialty items.
  • Receive daily deliveries to confirm product and pricing accuracy. This includes food, beverage and non-food items.
  • Work with Chef and Sales staff to procure items needed for events.
  • Attend weekly catering meetings.
  • Assist culinary team with plated dinners as needed.
  • Approximately 30% of time providing direct supervision and oversight to 1 subordinate.
