Chelsea Jewish Lifecare, celebrating life through the Jewish tradition Why Join Us? * Make an Impact: This is your opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others! * Competitive Pay: $95,000-$102,000 annually based on experience * Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM, with a weekend rotation * Supportive Team: We value our team members just as much as the people we serve! * Quick Hiring: Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You'll Do: * Lead and oversee clinical operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality resident-centered care. * Supervise nursing staff and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (therapy, nursing, dietary) to support care planning and outcomes. * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulatory standards and prepare unit for surveys. * Coordinate admissions, transitions, and discharge planning for residents. * Monitor resident condition, clinical documentation, and care outcomes for continuous quality improvement. * Promote a positive, accountable culture focused on safety, teamwork, and resident satisfaction.
