Copy catalogs, edits metadata, imports metadata, and curates metadata in the libraries'' Alma/Primo Discovery system.

Monitors and manages all CZ Alma/Primo updates and all library personnel maintaining bibliographic record updates.
Answers library reference questions, assists library patrons, and performs literature searches.
Teaches courses (both credit and non-credit), conducts orientations, provides on-demand instructional sessions, designs instructional modules, and teaches seminars for faculty, residents, community members, and students.
Advises and provides feedback related to departmental goals, policies, and procedures.
Remains current with all licensure, certifications and mandatory compliances and trainings required of this position.

13 years of experience working in an academic health sciences library or a Master''s degree in Library/Information Sciences from an ALA-accredited institution and at least one year of experience working full-time in a health sciences library environment, and three years of experience working in an academic library''s bibliographic management department.
Please note that work in a school or public library should never be considered to be equivalent to work in an academic health science library, because the other library environments are not 95% digital libraries.
Bilingual English/Spanish.
AHIP certification preferred, but not required.
Demonstrable experience using a major ILS/LMS, including experience teaching the system to others. Demonstrable teaching skills. Primo VE Administration Certification or ability to attain certification.
