Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Director, performs a variety of clerical/clinical duties in support of the unit.
Major Responsibilities:
Performs clerical functions for the Inpatient and Partial Hospital Program (PHP) as assigned
Facilitates effective communication and coordinates unit activities
Program Schedule Management
Staff Scheduling: In collaboration with unit Director and Manager of Partial Hospital Program, responsible for ensuring necessary staff coverage for the 24 hour inpatient service and Partial Hospitalization Program
Weekly Payroll: In collaboration with Unit Director and Partial Hospital Manager, submits weekly payroll for Inpatient Service and Partial Hospital Program
Assists the supervisors by performing administrative duties as requested.

Unless certification, licensure or registration is required, an equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed in this description may be substituted for the above requirements.
