The Supervisor in Training reports to the Store Manager and serves as a role model for customer service and sales growth.
Key responsibilities include motivating the team, supervising floor coverage, maintaining store standards, and training associates on product knowledge, fitting rooms, and cash handling.
They manage inventory, ensure brand standards, and assist with store issues and special projects.
Requirements include a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), strong communication skills, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and the ability to train and develop a team.
Full-time hours average 32+ weekly, with open weekend availability.
