CBRE is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician / Building Engineer to join our team supporting a world-class, 2 million-square-foot pharmaceutical headquarters in Ridgefield, CT. If you have experience maintaining commercial buildings, central utility plants, HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, or critical facility infrastructure, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career with outstanding pay, benefits, and union-backed stability.
