Underground Utilities Heavy Equipment Operator

Role snapshot
- Compensation: $20–$23/hour, DOE
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
What you’ll build
From precise utility trenches to clean backfills and graded pads, you’ll execute earthwork that keeps projects on track and people safe.

- Backhoe
- Excavators & Mini Excavators
- Skid Steers
- Trenchers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years operating heavy equipment
- Experience in construction/dirt work
- Demonstrated knowledge of safe excavation and trenching practices
- CDL-A preferred, not mandatory

Environment & safety
Work is outdoors in varying weather. You’ll frequently dig and trench near underground utilities and are expected to apply strict safe-digging standards throughout each task.
