- Be at least 21 years old or the minimum age required by the State.
- Be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States.
- Must provide a background check upon hire
- Must be able to learn the check-in/check-out process, dealing with logistics
- Must submit to pre-job and random drug testing.
- Must be able to self-manage
- Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Must have excellent report writing skills
- Pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
- Must be able to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand, stoop, and bend for long periods of time.
- Work in all weather conditions
- Basic ability to use a computer or Tablet
- Monitor surveillance equipment
- Use motor vehicles and foot patrols to monitor client property
- Maintain access control at entry points, permitting only authorized persons to enter/exit client facility
- Must check all personal vehicles that enter and exit the property
- Follow all client and company policies
