Gentry Service Group is hiring a motivated Unlicensed Electrician Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some electrical experience (or a strong desire to learn) who wants paid training, steady work, and a clear path to grow into a licensed electrician.

Schedule Monday - Friday, full-time (Some flexibility and occasional overtime based on project needs)

What You'll Do

• Work side-by-side with our Lead Electrician on residential retrofit projects (the majority of the work)
• Install air conditioner and heat pump disconnects
• Run new circuits for gas furnaces and air handlers
• Assist with panel replacements and generator installations
• Help with miscellaneous electrical projects for residential and light commercial customers
• Learn best practices while delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service

What You Need

• Ability to physically perform all job functions related to electrical installation
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice-to-Haves

• 1-3 years of experience in the electrical field
• Knowledge of generators and electrical panel upgrades
• Professional, energetic, and well-organized
