Job Description
General Purpose of Job:
The Intake Coordinator for the Precision Oncology Program plays a critical role in supporting program launch, coordination, and ongoing operations. This position serves as the primary point of contact for patient intake, ensuring accurate collection of clinical and genomic data while facilitating efficient case preparation and presentation for tumor boards and multidisciplinary clinics.
The coordinator maintains a longitudinal view of each patients journey through the precision oncology programfrom initial intake through program completionwhile supporting research initiatives and database integrity. This role requires strong organizational, clinical, and technical expertise, as well as the ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams.

Job Requirements
General Requirements State of Michigan RN licensure in good standing OCN Preferred Work Experience Minimum of 5 years of clinical oncology nursing experience required Previous experience in an outpatient setting highly desirable Previous research experience highly desirable Experience or familiarity with genomic medicine and precision oncology preferred Prior experience with tumor boards or multidisciplinary care settings preferred Education Bachelors degree in Nursing required Masters degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred Specialized Knowledge and Skills Strong organizational and project management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with database management and data tracking Ability to analyze and present complex clinical and genomic information Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities
