Join Our Team as an Ultrasound Technician and Make a Impact in Patient Care

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Ultrasound Technician to join our dynamic healthcare team. This vital role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services, contribute to patient diagnoses, and work in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations with precision using Samsung US machines
  • Operate HIS/RIS systems such as Meditech and NovaPACS for efficient image management
  • Collaborate with offsite radiologists to ensure accurate interpretation of imaging results
  • Manage a typical caseload of 12-15 patients daily, providing compassionate and professional patient care
  • Maintain high standards for image quality and patient safety
  • Adhere to all safety protocols related to jewelry and piercings during shifts

Required Skills:
  • ARDMS certification in Radiologic Technology (RVT) is mandatory
  • Proficiency in operating ultrasound equipment and related imaging software
  • Strong understanding of anatomy and pathology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to rotate shifts and on-call duties, including weekends and holidays

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with offsite radiology reporting
  • Prior experience with PACS systems or hospital information systems
  • Additional certifications such as CPR

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Minimum of an ARDMS (RVT) certification
  • At least 1-2 years of professional ultrasound experience in a hospital or outpatient setting

Other Requirements:
  • Availability for 12-hour shifts, including rotating night and weekend on-call
  • Ability to provide proof of required certifications and licenses
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code policies, including minimal jewelry and piercings on duty
  • Willingness to provide receipts for relocation bonuses, up to $2,500, if applicable
