Summary
Job Description:
Performs wide range of Ultrasound procedures on patients of varying ages, completes all associated tasks and responsibilities necessary to manage patient care needs while patient is in Department for procedures. Assists in providing added leadership in the development and the monitoring of department specific systems and in the coordination of activities that improve the quality of patient care in the Diagnostic Imaging Services.

Four years of work related experience required.
License/Registration/Certification:
ARDMS (American Registry Diagnostic Medical Sonographers) in SPI (Physics) and any combination of Two of the following certifications: ABD, OB/GYN, VT, BR, FE, MSKS required.
(or)
ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) in Sonography S, VS, BS certifications are required.
CPR Certified.
Education and Training:
Associate of Applied Science in Ultrasound required.
