Kforce has a client that is seeking a UKG HCM Functional Analyst in Tampa, FL. Duties:
  • Lead day-to-day delivery of HR systems and payroll-related support, ensuring consistent operations and quality outcomes
  • Define and track service performance metrics (e.g., timeliness, accuracy, issue volume, resolution times); Drive continuous improvement actions
  • Support end-to-end payroll processes, including validations, reconciliations, off-cycle activities, and issue resolution
  • Act as an escalation point for complex issues; Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative solutions
  • Oversee system updates, configuration changes, workflows, and access controls; Ensure proper testing and release readiness
  • Manage benefits and compensation administration support, ensuring alignment with policies and audit requirements
  • Coordinate troubleshooting and changes for system integrations and data flows across HR, payroll, and finance platforms
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and data privacy standards
  • Monitor reporting and data quality; Identify trends to enhance performance and user experience
  • Lead transition and onboarding activities for new processes or services, including documentation and knowledge transfer
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce errors
  • Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders; Facilitate regular updates, governance discussions, and issue resolution
  • Support team development, workload management, and performance expectations

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience supporting HR systems, payroll, benefits, or related functions, with increasing responsibility
  • Experience working with HRIS or payroll systems in a support or operations capacity
  • Experience working in service-oriented environments with performance metrics and reporting
  • Understanding of the employee lifecycle and shared services environments
  • Understanding of data privacy, security, and access control practices for sensitive information
  • Knowledge of payroll processes, controls, and compliance considerations
  • Familiarity with benefits administration and compensation practices
  • Exposure to system integrations and data flow management across multiple platforms
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
