UKG Application Analyst (Remote) – Contract or C2H
Location: Remote
Please Note: Candidates must reside in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, or Iowa and be eligible for a temp-to-hire opportunity.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced UKG Application Analyst to support the administration, configuration, and optimization of a UKG Pro environment for a large healthcare organization. This is a remote, potential temp-to-hire opportunity offering the chance to join a collaborative team responsible for maintaining and enhancing critical HR technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong UKG Pro configuration experience, a solid understanding of system administration, and the ability to advise business stakeholders on platform functionality and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and support the UKG Pro platform.
- Serve as a functional and technical resource for UKG-related enhancements and issue resolution.
- Consult with business stakeholders on system capabilities and configuration options.
- Troubleshoot application issues and recommend process improvements.
- Support system upgrades, testing, and ongoing maintenance activities.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams while maintaining an understanding of integration architecture and data flow.
- Participate in an after-hours, weekend, and holiday on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting UKG Pro.
- UKG Pro or UKG Workforce Management certification required.
- Experience configuring and administering cloud-based HR applications.
- Strong understanding of HRIS functionality, system configuration, and application support.
- Working knowledge of integrations and data flow between enterprise systems.
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities.

- Experience supporting HRIS platforms within a healthcare environment.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible start and end times may be considered).
- Participation in an after-hours, weekend, and holiday on-call rotation.

- Remote position with the option to work onsite if preferred.
- Candidates must have reliable high-speed internet and a personal computer suitable for remote work.
- This is a 13-week contract opportunity with the potential for permanent employment based on performance and business needs.
