UKG Application Analyst (Remote) – Contract or C2H

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced UKG Application Analyst to support the administration, configuration, and optimization of a UKG Pro environment for a large healthcare organization. This is a remote, potential temp-to-hire opportunity offering the chance to join a collaborative team responsible for maintaining and enhancing critical HR technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong UKG Pro configuration experience, a solid understanding of system administration, and the ability to advise business stakeholders on platform functionality and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and support the UKG Pro platform.
  • Serve as a functional and technical resource for UKG-related enhancements and issue resolution.
  • Consult with business stakeholders on system capabilities and configuration options.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Support system upgrades, testing, and ongoing maintenance activities.
  • Work collaboratively with technical teams while maintaining an understanding of integration architecture and data flow.
  • Participate in an after-hours, weekend, and holiday on-call rotation.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting UKG Pro.
  • UKG Pro or UKG Workforce Management certification required.
  • Experience configuring and administering cloud-based HR applications.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS functionality, system configuration, and application support.
  • Working knowledge of integrations and data flow between enterprise systems.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting HRIS platforms within a healthcare environment.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible start and end times may be considered).
  • Participation in an after-hours, weekend, and holiday on-call rotation.

Additional Information

  • Remote position with the option to work onsite if preferred.
  • Candidates must have reliable high-speed internet and a personal computer suitable for remote work.
  • This is a 13-week contract opportunity with the potential for permanent employment based on performance and business needs.
