Job Summary
Seeking an experienced UX Designer with 3–5+ years of experience designing complex digital products and web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in user-centered design, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Healthcare, medical device, or other regulated industry experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
Lead UX design from research through implementation
Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and task analysis
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Collaborate with product, engineering, research, and regulatory teams
Translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
Ensure accessibility, usability, and compliance best practices
Support multiple digital product initiatives simultaneously
Healthcare domain experience and a strong UX portfolio are highly preferred.
