We are seeking an experienced Senior Experience Designer for a remote role requiring 5 days onsite in Pittsburgh, PA; Strongsville, OH; Phoenix, AZ; or Denver, CO.
Responsibilities include understanding users, use cases, and journeys, collaborating with Product and Technology to shape the experience, establishing design direction, and refining solutions iteratively.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- 5+ years experience
- Proficiency with Figma or similar tools
- Design experience with enterprise/platform products, complex workflows, and multi-user journeys
- Hands-on with design systems for consistency and scalability
- Collaborative with Product Owners and Engineering
FLEX SKILLS:
- User research and usability testing
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries
- Defining UX standards and reusable component-based designs
SOFT SKILLS:
- Team player

- Proactive and communicative
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree required.
