Job Title: Senior UX/UI Designer
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design of intuitive, scalable, and impactful digital experiences. The ideal candidate will combine strong user-centered design expertise with strategic thinking, helping shape product vision while delivering exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role requires close collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, Business Stakeholders, and Leadership teams to drive innovation and ensure design excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of complex, multi-platform user experiences from discovery through implementation.
- Define and drive experience strategy aligned with user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to influence product vision and roadmap.
- Conduct and facilitate user research, usability testing, user interviews, and customer journey mapping.
- Translate business requirements and user insights into wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
- Own, maintain, and evolve design systems, component libraries, and experience frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- professional experience in UX Design, UI Design, Product Design, or related fields.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design ownership and measurable business impact.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools.
- Deep expertise in interaction design, visual design, information architecture, accessibility, and usability principles.
- Experience designing enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or complex digital products.
- Proven ability to influence product strategy and collaborate with senior leadership.
- Strong understanding of design thinking methodologies and human-centered design practices.
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
