cFocus Software seeks a UI/UX Designer to join our program supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This position is on site in the Washington DC, MD, & VA area. This position requires a TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance.
Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field with 4-12+ years of UI/UX design experience
Proficient in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
Experience with user research methods and usability testing
Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards
Strong portfolio demonstrating design capabilities

Duties:

Designs user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications.
Conducts user research, creates personas, and develops user journey maps.
Designs wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Conducts usability testing and incorporates feedback into designs.
Develops design systems and style guides.
Collaborates with developers to ensure design implementation fidelity.
Ensures designs meet accessibility standards (Section 508, WCAG).
