For more information, visit lek.com.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a bright, motivated undergraduate to join L.E.K. as an Associate starting in August or October 2027. Associates are at the heart of our client work, quickly taking on meaningful responsibility and playing a crucial role on each case team. From day one you will lead research, analyze data, generate insights, and help shape recommendations that make a real impact.ResponsibilitiesConduct primary and secondary research on clients' markets, customers, and competitors.Perform rigorous analysis to drive insights and actionable recommendations.Collaborate with team members to communicate key findings to the client in written presentations and verbal interactions that deliver maximum impact.Development and CompensationCompetitive compensation: $95,000 (USD) base salary with performance bonus and profit sharing.Fast‑paced, high‑impact cases across industries and services, typically 6–10 projects a year.Commitment to training, development, and fostering analytical and leadership skills.Promotion to Consultant and beyond based on demonstrated performance.Hybrid work model: assigned home office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday each week and first Friday of each month.Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree from a renowned school with outstanding academic achievement.Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and ability to thrive in a team‑oriented environment.Enthusiasm, resilience, and desire to continuously learn and grow.Sector SpecializationSector specialization is assessed during the interview process and determined at the time of hire for candidates who both meet the qualifications and express a strong interest in dedicating to a specific sector.Additional InformationBenefits: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; 401(k) with employer contribution; HSA contributions (where applicable); paid time off; and other firm‑sponsored benefits.Legal authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for employer sponsorship.
