Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for our policyholders, providing outstanding support and guidance.
Address customer inquiries regarding policies, coverage, billing, and claims with clarity and patience.
Assist with policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Process payments and manage billing inquiries, maintaining meticulous records.
Build strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and trust through exceptional service.
Collaborate with the agent to identify opportunities for policy reviews and potential coverage enhancements.
Texas Property and Casualty Insurance License (Required).
Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with computer systems and insurance software.
A genuine desire to help people and solve problems.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting.
