TURQUOISE PLACE RENTAL MAINTENANCE TECH
Job Description:
Responsible for performing general guest unit maintenance.  Tasks include: carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, HVAC, plumbing, etc. Perform general cleaning and other tasks as assigned.

• Perform preventative maintenance as required.
• Complete assigned daily work orders to include tasks such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, etc.
• Perform daily/weekly inspections
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills required
• Excellent oral/written communication skills required
• Working knowledge in two or more fields required
• Minimum of 1 year prior maintenance experience, required

Job requirements:

1. Be able to lift 50 pounds.
2. Be able to stand/walk for entire shift.
3. Must be able to climb ladders and stairs.
4. Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel
5. Must be able to work in outside weather conditions.
