- Daily
- Headcount
- Cost Summary
- Create Req's in SAP
- Order Materials in SAP
- AFE Monthly Report
- Upload Permit Request
- Herc Truck Rental Management
- Equipment Rentals Management
- Accruals
- Forecast
- Microsoft Project Scheduling
- Planning backup and assistance
- Investigate Invoices for errors or increases needed
- Help Locating Drawings when needed
- Project Packages
Additional Responsibilities when asked to support turnaround:
- Verify and Process Track Overrides
- Verify & Authorize Track Timesheets
- Populate Turnaround Force Report Daily
