Lawn Doctor is looking for individuals dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services to join our team. Competitive pay plus bonus $20-$21 per hour depending on experience. Up to $900 in bonuses roughly every 6 weeks. Full time and part timeopportunities available.

Daily tasks include fertilizing lawns and aerating lawns. Applying other regulated pest control products to lawns, landscape beds, and trees and shrubs. Preparing and seeding lawns. Maintaining the appearance of their assigned equipment and vehicles. Interacting respectfully and positively with customers, the public, and other Lawn Doctor technicians and employees. Maintaining necessary and proper communication with the office throughout the day. Behaving in a professional and courteous manner at all times. Demonstrating honesty and integrity at all times. Shop work. Offering new services to customers. No mowing!
Requirements include willingness to receive pesticide applicator license, good written and verbal communication skills, ability to operate machinery, ability to meet production goals, and ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, is interested in learning and growing, valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation to work and good attendance record. No need for experience in the lawn care industry, it is helpful but not needed. The right person who is passionate about communications through phone and email and is willing to learn the Lawn Doctor lawn service features and benefits will get paid very well for utilizing their skills in this role. Compensation: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour.
