The Senior Program Administrator of the Tulane Energy Institute (TEI) serves as a strategic thought partner to the Executive Director and a primary operational leader dedicated to elevating energy-related initiatives at the A.B. Freeman School of Business. This individual bridges the gap between high-level vision and actionable execution, overseeing the institute''s daily operations while driving the expansion of undergraduate and graduate energy programs. The Senior Program Administrator plays a pivotal role in external relations, acting as a liaison to the Office of Advancement and the TEI Advisory Council to foster deep connections with alumni, corporate partners, and industry leaders. By coordinating academic offerings and managing the "speaker-to-classroom" pipeline, the Senior Program Administrator ensures that TEI provides a premier, industry-integrated experience for students and stakeholders.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Education: Bachelor''s degree in Business, Energy Management, Communications, a technical degree or a related field required.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive professional experience in the energy industry, higher education administration, or strategic program management. Experience working with high-level boards, advisory councils, or C-suite executives is required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master''s degree (MBA or related) strongly preferred. Existing network within the Gulf Coast or global energy sector.
Industry Acumen: Demonstrated passion for and deep understanding of the energy industry and the "business of energy" landscape.
Prior experience in academic advancement, corporate relations, or alumni engagement.
Familiarity with Tulane University''s administrative systems and the New Orleans business community.
Strategic Execution: Ability to translate high-level vision into measurable operational plans and take independent action.
Communication: Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with the ability to craft warm, professional communications for internal and external audiences (e.g. executive and donors).
