    What You Will Do

    • Lead and manage a portfolio of Trusts & Estates cases, providing strategic legal counsel to clients.
    • Develop comprehensive estate plans that meet clients' needs and comply with applicable laws.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of legal strategies.
    • Mentor junior attorneys and support staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
    • Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations affecting Trusts & Estates, ensuring clients receive timely advice.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, enhancing client satisfaction and retention.
    • Drive business development initiatives to expand the firm's Trusts & Estates practice.

    Ideal Candidate Background

    • 8+ years of experience in Trusts & Estates law, with a proven track record of successful case management.
    • Strong knowledge of estate planning, tax implications, and probate processes.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex legal issues.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and colleagues.

    Preferred

    • Experience in a global law firm or a highly reputable practice.
    • Proven ability to generate business and attract new clients to the firm.
    • Familiarity with technology solutions that enhance legal practice efficiency.

    Compensation and Benefits

    The base salary for this role ranges from $400K to $750K, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our client offers a competitive benefits package designed to support the well-being and professional development of its employees.
