Job Details

The T&E group carries a national reputation in sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer, and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, executives, philanthropists, and entertainers.

What you'll work on:

  • Complex estate and gift tax planning
  • Trust and estate administration
  • Charitable trusts, foundations, family LLCs, and limited partnerships
  • Business succession and wealth transfer planning
  • Exempt organization matters
  • Tax controversy — IRS examinations, Tax Court, federal court representation

Looking For:

  • CA Bar Admission
  • Trusts and estates experience with depth in both planning and administration
  • Open to 2nd year Associates to Of Counsel
