We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our Akron office. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of estate planning experience and will provide compassionate, client-focused counsel while managing a diverse caseload.
Responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on estate planning strategies such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
- Drafting and reviewing estate planning documents.
- Counseling on probate, trust administration, tax planning, and business succession.
- Building strong client relationships with empathetic guidance.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Ohio Bar admission or eligibility to waive in.
- Minimum 2 years of estate planning experience.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent client service commitment.
